Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns – 10 Days After Delivery

You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Not be a final-sale or non-returnable item (if applicable)

To start a return, please contact us on our contact page with your order number and photos of the item.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds – Up to 30 Days After Ordering

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of placing your order.

A refund may be issued when:

  • Your returned item is received and inspected

  • Your order was canceled before shipment

  • The product arrived damaged or defective (photo proof required)

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing time varies by bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).


Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Mystery Gifts

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this time, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
